# oAmph

oAMPH is an optional amph token, that lets a user pay an ETH price to the treasury in order to convert oAMPH into 100 vAMPH.\
\
The rate of the ETH price is determined by the number of days that have passed since Amphora launched, getting cheaper each day.\
\
Using this as part of the rewards system allows users to pick in trade-offs of time dilution and lets Amphora issue new rewards now, without them impacting circulating dilution too early, and without contract overhead of complicated multi-time rewards vesting.

More details to follow subject to governance votes.
