# Community Built

Amphora is a fully decentralized and community run project that values open and permissionless contributions.

For this reason, a large portion of the initial $AMPH tokens will be used to fund bounties related to development.

The first round of bounties will be defined and approved by the deployers, with subsequent bounties being designed by a group of Recognized Delegates.

Each bounty is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the first PR to meet all the criteria and quality standards outline being merged in and approved for the bounty.\

The original developer of Amphora has no additional controls or authorities over Amphora upon its deploy, and is simply another user of the protocol.\

From the day of its launch Amphora is considered "complete" and from here it is up to the community how to manage it.
